The customer has the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason.
During the reflection period, the customer must handle the product with care.
Products must be returned unused, undamaged, and - if reasonably possible - in their original condition and packaging.
If the customer exercises the right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to the return address provided by Hartfield London. As our products are shipped directly from our international fulfillment partner, returns may need to be sent to our designated return facility.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
After proper receipt and inspection of the returned items, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days.
Article 8a – 30 Day Money Back Guarantee
Hartfield London aims to offer a fair and customer-friendly resolution policy for all products. As our products are offered at promotional pricing, the standard 30-day money-back guarantee does not apply. This policy is provided in addition to the customer’s statutory right of withdrawal under applicable consumer protection laws.
If a customer experiences an issue with their order, we encourage them to contact our support team so we can work together toward a suitable solution. Depending on the situation, we may offer a partial refund, store credit, or a replacement item of equal value in consultation with the customer.
In many cases, customers may keep the original product when a partial refund or replacement is provided. This helps avoid unnecessary return shipping costs and reduces environmental impact by limiting additional transportation and waste. If a return is required, the product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition, and return shipping costs may remain the responsibility of the customer.
Our goal is always to handle every situation fairly, reasonably, and with respect for both our customers and the environment.
Article 9 – Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal may be excluded for products that, for hygiene reasons, are not suitable for return, provided this is clearly stated in advance.

Hartfield London guarantees that the products comply with the agreement and reasonable quality standards.
